Remember, your running shoe size is generally a full size larger than your typical dress shoe size. Not all shoes fit the same! Some brands run a little longer, some run short, some are wide, etc. We highly recommend coming in for a fit so you can be sure the shoe you're wearing is the best pair for your feet. Email us if you have specific questions!
If a shoe is Unisex, go by Men's sizing. Most spikes and recovery footwear are Unisex, unless otherwise noted.
